SN Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Grease Lubrication. Felt Strips And Grease Nipples Can Be Supplied Along With Plummer Blocks On Order.

SNA Series Horizontally Split Plummer Blocks (bearing Housings)are Completely Interchangeable With Earlier SN Type Plummer Block,concerning Mainly To Its Centre Height,foundation Bolt Centres.Same Bearing Housings Can Be Used For 500 And 600 Series Bearings Having Equal Bearings Outside Diameter By Changing Its Shaft Seals,e.g.SNA 506 Plummer Blocks Can Be Used As SNA 605 Also Where Bearing O.D.of 1206K And 1305K Are Equal E.g.52mm.Similarly Same Plummer Blocks Can Be Used For Bearing With Tapered Bore Mounted With Adapter Sleeve Or Bearing With (straight)cylindrical Bore.However Such Plummer Blocks Are Designated As SNA 500 And SNA 600 For Bearing With Adapter Sleeves And SNA 200 & SNA 300 For Bearings With Cylindrical Bores.Bearing Seating Width Provides Axial Freedom Which Can Be Made Axially Located By Insertion Of Suitable Locating Rings.

SNA Plummer Blocks Are Supplied With Felt Seals (designated And Suffixed As TC) Rubber V Ring Seals (TA) And One Ring And One End Cover (ATA).These Plummer Blocks Can Also Be Supplied With Double Lip Seals (TG) Or Labyrinth Seals (TS) On Order.

SNH Series Plummer Blocks Are Also Horizontally Split And Are Fully Interchangeable With Those Of Earlier SN And SNA Series Plummer Blocks.

All Features Of Standard And Special Shaft Seals,interchangeability With 500 And 600 Series For Bearing With Tapered Bore And Adapter Mounting Or With (straight)cylindrical Bore Etc.are Available In SHN Series Plummer Blocks Also.Its More Favorable Cross Section And Improved Design Have Resulted Into Greater Strength As Compared To SN Or SNA Series Plummer Blocks.

SNH Plummer Blocks Have Dowel Pins At Its Mating Surface To Ensure Correct Assembly Of Base And Caps Are Not Interchangeable.Like SNA Series,the Plummer Blocks Of SNH Series Are Also Supplied With Standard Shaft Seals E.g. Felt Seals {TC} Or V Rings (TA) Or V Ring On One End And End Cover On Other End (ATA.)Special Shaft Seals Such As Labyrinth Seals (TS) Or Double Lip Seals (TS)or Double Lip Seals (TG),taconite Seals (ND) Can Also Be Supplied Against Orders.

SNV Type Plummer Block Housings Are Horizontally Split Design And Fully Interchangeable With SNH Series Plummer Blocks. The Dimensions Of SNV Housings Are In Accordance With ISO 113/II. They Are Normally Made Of Grey Cast Iron But They Can Be Available In Cast Steel Or Ductile Iron (Spherical Graphite Iron) On Request.

SNV Series Are Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearing And Ball Bearing Either Mounted On Adapter Sleeve Or Directly On Shaft. Normal Range Varies From 20 Mm To 140 Mm Shaft Diameter. Depending On Operating Condition, Felt Seal (TC), Labyrinth Seal (TS), V Ring Seals (TA), Or Double Lip Seal (TG) And Taconite Seal Are Provided. Normal Construction Has Two Foundation Holes At Base For Fixing The Housing, However On Request, Four Foundation Holes At Base Are Also Provided. SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearings Of Series 231 K With Adapter Sleeves For Shaft Dia 150mm To 300 Mm, And Same Are Designated As SD 31…Plummer Block Suitable For Bearings Series 230 Are Designated As SD 30, Similarly SD 500 And SD 600 Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For 22200 CCK And 22300 CCK Series Bearings Respectively. SD Series Plummer Blocks With Straight Bore Bearing Are Designated With Suffix G, Eg SD31….G.

These Plummer Blocks Are Either Supplied With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collars On Both Ends And The Plummer Blocks Housings Are Designated By Suffix TS Or With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collar On One End And End Cover On Other End For End Shaft,which Are Designated With Suffix ATS. All Labyrinth Seals Are Supplied With Rubber “O“ Cords And Allen Grub Screws Which Ensure That The Seal Rotates With The Shaft.

SOFN Bearing Housings Are Comprising Of Main Body Consisting Of Top And Bottom Housings.with Labyrinth Covers And Collars,oil Splash Ring For Splash Lubricating System Or Oil Inlet And Outlet Pipe Fittings On Either Side Of The Housings In The Labyrinth Covers For Oil Circulatory System.

Oil Level Indicator Supplied With The Housings Can Be Fitted Into One Of The Four Holes Provided On The Side Covers.Oil Level Indicators Are Marked Minimum And Maximum Oil Level According To The Quantity Of Oil Required.

MONL Type Plummer Block Housings Are Redesigned And Simplified Version Of SOFN Housings. As A Result MONL Series Are Totally Interchangeable With SOFN Type Since Both The Types Have Similar General Dimensions. However The Inside Construction And External Features Are Improved In MONL Type To Make It Simple, Easy And Faster In Maintenance As Well As Stronger And Efficient In Application.

MONL Type Is Split Design Suitable For Oil Lubrication Having Oil Inlet Hole, Oil Level Indicator And Oil Drain Facility. MONL Housings Can Be Used With Self-align Ball Bearings In 22 Series And Spherical Roller Bearing In 222 Series With Either A Cylindrical Or Tapered Bore. The Shaft Diameter Ranges From 75 Mm To 240 Mm; Larger Sizes Are Available Up On Request. MONL Housings Are Available In Cast Iron; And Upon Request They Can Be Available In Cast Steel Or Ductile Iron Also.

MONL Housing Construction Has Cap And Base Assembled With Four High Tensile Bolts. Larger Oil Cavity Is At Inside Bottom For Splash Oil Lubrication With The Use Of Oil Pick Up Ring; oil Level Indicator And Oil Drain Are Provided In The Set. Threaded Connections Are Provided For External Oil Circulation Pump As Well As Fitment Of External Oil Cooling System. On Two Sides Of Bearing, Sealing Collars Are Provided For Sealing Purpose. Air Breather Is Provided On The Top Of The Housings To Avoid Accumulation Of Oil-mist Formation Inside The Housing.
